What might the good location for Nina’s Mexican-Style Restaurant in your town? -

In my opinion, the proper for location for Nina's Mexican restaurant could be

near to the bus point. This is because easier be to attract as many customers as possible especially from daily to the town. In further data which is important to the decision is the food demand and taste of the local population that will increase the possibility Nina's to come up with the most suitable for local demand. The decision should be taken after doing a careful analysis of the businesses operating in the same field as Mexican restaurant in the targeted city. If we refer to the case study, a town with a population of 80000 may have 2 restaurants located at a distance of 5-8 miles from each other and catering to different target markets. For example one located in the commercial area as it supply to the office goers and shoppers, while the other located near to the universities, educational institutes and residential areas may meet the needs of students and families.

2.

How many Nina’s restaurant would you put in your town? - After I forecast the situation from the case study, it would be more strategic to put in place a few Nina's restaurant in town since this is new thing in my town. This will be a good example and experiment to measure the rate of success at the beginning. That is because as a smart franchisee, I need to analyze the behavior of people in my hometown. If I Nina’s restaurant showing a good sign and the business growing up, I would probably open more. If the success rate is peaking up after a few month, it would be wise to put in place more restaurants.

3.

How would you determine where to locate the Nina’s restaurant in your town? - To determine where to locate the Nina’s restaurant in my hometown is to place

where people easy to access to the restaurant. Especially, considering the mainly size of population in the area to place the restaurant. This would mean that the bigger the population, the bigger the market. it would also be important to determine the area that carries most of the Mexican population. This would be a beneficial to the business as it could be an assured market from such a competition. 4.

What location criteria do you believe to be appropriate for a restaurant in your town? -

I ncont ex tofmyI believe in my town location criteria that suitable the middle of the city. Especially if the city is in the middle of the part between city A to city B. This is because our location would be the main point of the customer to travel from one place to another place....
