You’ll be able to access all the tiles after you receive your mycoles welcome email from ‘[email protected]’, which contains additional login details. When will I be inducted at my store? You will be contacted by your manager (or your Office in Charge or Induction Champion in some Supermarkets stores) who will let you know when your induction day is and what time to arrive. To speed up the process, ensure your complete your To-Do steps as soon as possible. If you’re getting close to your start date and you haven’t received a call, contact your store or site directly. The Welcome & We Care modules can be completed from home but also from other locations such as the local library or on a personal device. All you need is internet access and your mycoles login. If you can’t complete your learning from home or another location, talk to your store who will arrange for you to complete your learning in store before your first day. The most important thing is that you move regularly. This means standing up and stretching your legs every 30 minutes. What if I can’t complete the induction modules in the time allocated? The duration for each of the online modules has been determined by the Coles Learning team. The allocated time is based on best practice and takes into account individual learning styles and paces. If you take longer than this time, you won’t be entitled to additional pay to complete outside of the allocated paid shift. However, you can talk to your Department Manager to find some additional time in store during another paid shift. When will I get paid for completing the Welcome & We Care modules? You will receive payment for the allocated time in the weekly pay cycle after your first shift. I don’t think I received payment for this, who do I talk to? All pay queries should be directed to the Office in Charge at your store. I can’t find anything under my Assigned Learning in the Learning Hub?
