Description

 as directed by Jared Hess and produced by Jeremy The film “ Napoleon Dynamite”, w Coon, Chris Wyatt, Sean Covel. It was written by Jared Hess and Jerusha Hess. Napoleon Dynamite was released on June 11, 2004. Some main characters from the movie are Jon Heder as Napoleon Dynamite, Efren Ramirez as Pedro Sánchez, Jon Gries as Rico Dynamite, Aaron Ruell as Kipling "Kip" Dynamite, and Haylie Duff as Summer Wheatley. Napoleon Dynamite is a movie that portrays a socially  awkward 16-year-old boy from Preston, Idaho, who lives with his grandmother, Carlinda Dynamite, and his older brother, Kipling Ronald "Kip" Dynamite. Napoleon has trouble fitting in with others. After his grandmother is injured in an accident, his life is made even worse when his strange uncle Rico shows up to keep an eye on him. With no safe haven at home or at school, Napoleon befriends the new kid, Pedro. Pedro is a hispanic who speaks little English. Together the two launch a campaign to run for class president.  Napoleon Dynamite tries to find his place in the world by helping Pedro win the school election, getting down with the ladies at the school dance, and helping his curious brother Kip find his place in the world with hot babes and Rex Kwon Do. What I liked about this film was how Napoleon tried to help out Pedro run for president since no one wanted to be his friend since he was new to the school. What I also liked, was when Napoleon helps his friend, Pedro, in his campaign for class president. When it is discovered that presidential candidates must have some sort of entertainment for the debates, Napoleon steps in and does his now-famous dance. Overall, I loved everything about the film because of how socially awkward Napoleon Dynamite is and how he only has one hispanic friend who hardly knows English....
