Example/Summary Typhoon Yolanda, one of the world’s strongest and deadliest typhoons, struck the Philippines in November 2013 and has killed 6,300 people. It originated from an area of low pressure several hundred kilometers east-southeast of Pohnpei in the Federated States of Micronesia on November 2, 2013. It eventually affected the Philippines prompting a rare public storm signal no. 4 in the Visayas. Tangshan earthquake, with a magnitude level of 4.7-5.1 hit Tangshan, Hebei, China on July 12, 2020, at 6:38 in the morning. It was geologically related to the 1976 Tangshan earthquake. Minor damage to buildings and structures were experienced throughout the city.

Impact Typhoon Yolanda affected the livelihood of Filipinos in which the government started formulating recovery and reconstruction plan. Humanitarian relief operations and recovery efforts were led by the Philippine government to cope up with this natural disaster.

Tangshan earthquake has caused minor damage in the region. Only some old buildings had reported cracks from the earthquake in which rail services in the region were immediately suspended for safety checks. The government expanded provincial-level rural home reconstruction program involving earthquake-proofing in earthquakeprone to cope up with the disaster....
