Intellect   

Maintains mental intellect by Successfully progressing through nursing school to further education. Continuously challenges self by progressing through NCO developmental courses. Currently possess a 3.35 GPA during nursing school while maintaining current duties and responsibilities as a squad leader.

Leads   

Mentors soldiers during their process of becoming an NCO and ensures they are provided necessary direction to become excellent leaders. Currently squad leader tasked with ensuring the mental and physical well-being of 6 soldiers but also promptly and accurately relaying all information from platoon sergeant. Continuity encourages soldiers to pursue further civilian education, using networking resources to connect them with other professionals in that field.

Develops   

Receives communication from soldiers regarding mental and physical well-being, encouraging soldiers to report all hardships so that assistance may be provided. Charged along with other NCOs the responsibility of mentoring and teaching continuing professional development classes to both lower enlisted and other NCOs. Incorporates team leaders within detachment identified as excellent junior enlisted ready to be promoted to NCO within a certain period. These team leaders assist with squad leader duties and responsibilities, learning and preparing to take over the role.

Achieves   

Currently 0 positive COVID cases within squad due to protective measures in place along with prompt risk identification and mitigation. Proudly assisted most recent team leader in becoming an intelligent and competent NCO within the hospital, ready to conquer new challenges with enthusiasm and diligence. Overall High moral within detachment despite current COVID challenges....
