Pharmacist Jack Gance and his business associate Mario Verrocchi sets up Chemist Warehouse in 2000.The Chemist Warehouse group now employs over 8000 staff members and is Australia's largest pharmacy retailer. The company has been dubbed "the McDonald's of pharmacy" and uses a complex franchise structure to circumvent Australian regulations that limit how many pharmacies a company can operate in any one area. Chemist Warehouse sells all kinds of health care products and nutrition, skin care products, cosmetics, perfume, baby food, baby products, cleaning, medicine and so on. The company brands often offer discount to customer. One of the problems that Chemist warehouse has that they have offer the discount, but not for all the place at the same time of period. All the information that Chemist Warehouse collected by consumers. That they will not provide to any other party for any purposes. Chemist utilise the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) technology to ensure customers’ security. Also,that chemist provide diverse options to consumer to pay like: visa, master, PayPal, Alipay can complete the payment. This analysis will determine the problem in Chemist Warehouse at present. The significant problem is that Chemist warehouses have discounts activity, but not all places in the same period. For example, few weeks ago, in 5th May, Chemist Warehouse held major discount event, lots of products can receive 50% off. However, it does not include each store in Australia. Some people reflect that only happened in States, not in two Territories. In fact, selected stores only 39. Besides, there is a sales skill of the sales goods always display the outstanding shelves where are next to the door. When customers come in can see that clearly. Furthermore, Chemist Warehouse used e-commerce already. There are serval examples about e-commerce. First is everyone probably know that online shopping, customers can buy the products Conveniently. Additionally, Chemist Warehouse has social media, such as We-chat which is new information system. People can get QR code scanning and add Chemist Warehouse. Then, know the information of new products, discount and others through its moments. As well as, the choice of payment method is more diversified: visa, master, PayPal, Alipay can complete the payment. Customers' personal information is not completely private in the information system of Chemist Warehouse. In its privacy policy, mentioned that they will provide customer information to other organizations when it is necessary. For example, the information of customers who using online shopping will be

provided to the postal system. It also mentioned Chemist Warehouse will provide part of valid information to organizations that are required to share, and these organizations are not allowed to use this information to contact customers of Chemist Warehouse. However, there is a complete guarantee that customers' information will not be used in other ways by these organizations for other purposes probably. All customers' credit card information is stored in a secure online environment and is not recorded by pharmacies.
