The closest competitor to Marrybrown is KFC who sell the fast food that has the equality between their two products. KFC is famous with fried chicken that was provided by them while Marrybrown also have the same product. So this make customers prefer KFC than Marrybrown. B) KFC is based earlier in Changlun than Marrybrown KFC was built in 1994 after 10 years of Northern University of Malaysia was built. Marrybrown opened 5 years after KFC opened. This makes customers more familiar with KFC than Marrybrown, though Marrybrown is the fastest food restaurant in the world. This is because customers have a sense of trust in KFC regardless of the Marrybrown product that is similar to KFC.

RECOMMENDATIONS A) Competitive Strategy Marrybrown should providing featured service and health product. Its can be attract other such as an adult to by the product. Secondly, standardization in each process and area of service. Marrybrown Changlun should give the standard quality from the franchisor. Thirdly, establishing a brand image and penetrates into the essence of every detail. They should be more creative for using the technology to attract the customers from other platform. Lastly, setting target market with clear personalized positioning. In Changlun , there were a lot of student from University Utara Malaysia that Marrybrown have a good decision to branch in Changlun. B) Product Strategy Marrybrown product innovation and uniqueness points of view need fulfill what customers want. As we can see Marrybrown still maintains Malaysian food menu in their product like “Nasi Lemak”, curry noodles and various other delicacies. This may be of interest to customers about the menu provided but they should more innovation from the other. For example, the menu for “Nasi Lemak” they should add fried chicken with other type of “Sambal” that can attract more customers. They also can have a good menu that can mixed the Malaysian taste and western taste. C) More Promotion In the marketing sector, a business should attract customers attention in the production of the product by the company. Marrybrown Company in Changlun needs to further promote such as promotions in social media, use newspapers, give coupons to students and provide membership cards to customers. Because of that , indirectly Marrybrown Company in Changlun can attract more customers from all satge of age. D) More variety of the food Marrybrown needs to produce a lot of products to make unlimited meals. This is because, if the food provided limited to consumers will be less concerned with the product being released. Among the solutions is Marrybrown need to make new recipes like “Nasi lemak Burger” which is a combination of Malaysia and West. They can also produce “Ice Cream Nasi Lemak” which is currently in the market. Promotion of this menu can be added so that the supplied meal is unlimited and can attract more customers. E) Make enlarge delivery service in Changlun Marrybown needs to expand the food delivery area to customers as it can attract customers. This is also a good opportunity because Marrybrown is near to the University Utara Malaysia and other universities because this fast food is favored by adolescents. This can increase the company's profits when expanding the delivery area to customers....
