Please answer the following questions regarding our partial curl up test:

1. Describe today’s fitness test. Include the basic instructions and the equipment used. a. Equipment: A timer, a person to time you, possibly a mat b. Have somebody set a timer for a minute and then do as many reps as you can within that minute. 2. Briefly describe the developmental activities that today’s group had the class complete. The cool down/developmental activity was a set of stretches that took around 5 minutes to complete. a. How does the activity tie into the group’s component of fitness? Since this group was muscular strength and endurance, stretching works really well here because it does require strength and endurance to stretch for longer periods of time. 3. What was one thing that you learned today? One thing I learned today was the different warm up activities that Daijon had inserted. For example, I had never heard of the ‘dead bug.’ 4. Provide constructive feedback to the group. a. What was one thing they executed well? One thing that was executed well was that they all had videos for warm up, cool down, and the actual test. Their powerpoint was very well executed and organized. b. What is something they can do to improve next time? Something that could be improved on is the word length within the slides. Some were very long while others were not that long....
