Account Opening 1. How do I open an account with BPI? You may open an account with BPI using the enrollment form. 2. Can I opt to have a Checking Account for my Payroll? Only executives will have the option to open a checking account for their payroll. Executives who select the checking account option will also be subject to BPI’s approval process. 3. I have an existing BPI account but I don’t want to convert this to a Payroll account. Can I open another BPI account for my Payroll in Accenture? Yes, you can open another BPI account for your payroll even if you have an existing personal account with BPI. 4. I have a personal account but it is a joint account; can I convert this to my payroll account? No, only individual accounts can be converted to a payroll account. 5. I have a BPI Family Savings/BPI Easy Saver/BPI Direct account, can I convert this to my payroll account? No, only BPI regular savings accounts can be converted to a Payroll account.

ATM Card Release/Payroll Crediting 1. How soon can I claim my BPI ATM card? After you have confirmed your details online; wait for an email communication announcing the schedules of BPI ATM card releases. The processing time is dependent on BPI’s banking system; there is no specified waiting time, but we are exerting reasonable efforts to hasten the process. 2. My colleague has already received an advice to claim his BPI ATM card. We applied the same day and I have not received a confirmation email. Will this affect my payroll? ATM availability notification is done in batches. Your payroll bank migration will happen only when you have your BPI ATM card. Otherwise, you will continue to receive your salary through Metrobank. 3. I have received an advice regarding my BPI ATM availability but have not yet claimed the card. Will I still receive my salary in my Metrobank ATM or in BPI already? If you do not claim your card, you will continue to receive your payroll through your Metrobank account. If you have received an email notification that your BPI ATM card is available, please claim it immediately. 4. I have initially requested for my card to be released in CG2 but my project is now located in McKinley, can I request for my card to be released at new location, instead? If your project has permanently transferred to a new location, please send an email to this mailbox. Your payroll will only be credited to your BPI account once you have claimed your ATM card and you have received an email advice from the migration team. Please watch out for mailers coming from the Payroll Bank Migration team. 9. When should I change my PIN once I have claimed my ATM card? You have one day to change your PIN, starting from 7pm of the next banking day. 10. What if I fail to change my PIN after the allotted time? Please visit the nearest BPI branch and request for your PIN to be reset. Kindly bring one valid ID (e.g., company ID) to be presented to the officer.

BPI Payroll Account Guidelines 1. Is there a required maintaining balance on my BPI Payroll Account? No maintaining balance is required on your BPI Payroll Account. 2. What should I do if I lose my ATM card? Lost ATM cards should be immediately reported to the BPI call center 89-100. For domestic tollfree calls, dial 1-800-188-89100 (select “0” for phonebanker), so that the lost ATM card can be blocked and a new ATM Card can be issued. Replacement of a lost ATM Card shall be permitted subject to the terms and conditions set by BPI. Charges shall be shouldered directly by the employee. 3. My BPI ATM card is damaged. What should I do? Call the BPI call center so that a new ATM Card can be issued. Replacement of a lost ATM card shall be permitted subject to the terms and conditions set by BPI. Charges shall be shouldered by the employee. 4. What is my daily ATM withdrawal limit? Employees below executive level can withdraw up to a maximum of PHP20,000 daily. Yes. During the releasing of ATM cards there will be officers from BPI who can enroll you in the online banking facility called BPI Express Online. Employees also have the option to enroll online by visiting the BPI website (www.bpiexpressonline.com). 6. How do I enroll my Credit Card for payments online via BPI Express Online? Log-in to your BPI Express Online account. From the Main Menu, select Payments & Reloading, Bills Payment and Enroll Credit Cards or Loans. Then enroll your Credit Card account. For non-BPI credit cards, fill out the enrollment form then press Submit/Continue. A printable bills payment enrollment form will be generated. Please choose the method of enrollment most convenient to you then press Submit & Print. A confirmation page will also appear. Please submit it to any BPI Branch. After 24-hours you can start paying your credit card bill online. If you are not in the Philippines, you can mail the signed form to BPI Fulfillment Banking Group. Once the BPI Fulfillment Banking Group receives your signed enrollment form, the enrollment will be processed within 3 Banking Days. 7. Can I send attached scanned documents via e-mail instead of going to the branch or fax the document? No, scanned documents sent via e-mail are not considered valid documents. Original copy of the document is required to prove the authenticity of the document. 8. Can I apply for a Checking Account with BPI apart from my payroll account? Yes, you may apply for a checking/current account at any BPI branch. Please take note that applying for a checking/current account will be considered as a personal transaction by BPI and as such, it will be subject to BPI’s approval process. 9. If I wish to withdraw over the counter, to which BPI branch should I go? Your BPI Payroll account is not linked to a specific branch. You may transact at any BPI branch. 10. What will I do if I need to withdraw more than PHP 20,000 in a day? If you wish to withdraw more than the maximum withdrawal amount, you can do this over the counter at any BPI branch. 11. What if my PIN was locked out? What should I do? Please visit the nearest BPI branch and request for your PIN to be reset. Kindly bring one valid ID (e.g., company ID) to be presented to the officer upon request.

Onshore Assignees Migration 1. I am assigned onshore as a GCP, how can I migrate to the new bank? Upon your return, you will receive instructions on opening a BPI account as part of your onboarding process. 2. I am assigned onshore as a P710, how can I migrate to the new bank?

If you are returning to the Philippines please open an account with BPI using the enrollment form a few days before your departure so that you will be able to claim your ATM card upon your return to the Philippines. 3. I will soon be leaving for a temporary assignment onshore and I need to bring my ATM card, but, my departure is prior to the releasing of the ATM cards, what should I do? If you are going abroad for a temporary work assignment and wish to bring your ATM card, the best option is for you to open a personal savings account with BPI. There are BPI branches that have ATM cards readily available upon account opening. Your personal savings account will be converted into your payroll account and you will receive an email notification once the account is activated. 2. If I wish to continue the MBTC account, can I choose which type of account to maintain? It all depends on the original account type. If it has been opened as a savings account, it will be converted to a personal savings account. If it was originally opened as a current account, it will be converted to a personal current account. If I have auto-debit/payment arrangements with Metrobank, will these automatically be moved to BPI? No, you need to apply for auto-debit/payment separately with BPI through online enrollment by going to a BPI branch or when you claim your ATM cards in Accenture. 4. Can I do transactions at any MBTC branch? Or does Metrobank allow inter-branch bank deposit/transactions? Inter-branch deposits are possible, while inter-branch withdrawals maybe allowed, subject to charges if the account has an ATM. 5. Can the employee still use the MBTC ATM card once converted to a personal account? Yes, you can still use the same MBTC ATM card. 6. Do I need to close my account with Metrobank? No, you don’t need to close your account with Metrobank. You can still opt to continue using it as your personal account without any required maintaining balance. 7. Can I transact at any MBTC branch to close my account? Maintenance requests and closing of bank accounts should be referred to the branch where the account was opened.
