1. My learning style and implications: The questionnaire analysis of learning styles helped me significantly to know my learning preferences and understand my strengths and weakness of learning styles. The filling of learning style questionnaire honestly points that I am a very strong preference theorist and strong pragmatist learner. I have a very low preference for reflector learning styles and have strong preference for activist learning as well. I prefer thinking logically as well as pragmatically and can take up new ideas and use opportunities to experiment. However, I now feel the need to improve on my activist learning styles during my study at the university. According to Cottrell (2003) for this I need to participate actively in the various group activities, student interactions and interactions with tutors, so that I can hone my activist learning styles during my education at university.

2. Important Information for university education: The module helped me to assess my learning style and hence make improvements in my learning styles in future while pursing my education at university. The discussion with tutors and students were healthy and helped me improve my communication and interaction skills. I learned the importance of proper back ground study for successful completion of a group task and assignment. I learned that it is important that data collected must be properly analyzed with the aid of the effective data analysis tools. I learned group discussions are very important as they helps to groom the team work activities and builds the leadership qualities in the individual. I learned that for assignments it is important that literature review is done properly with the aid of various secondary resources such as journals, magazines, articles, newspapers, pervious research works, internet resources etc. I also understood the importance of strictly avoiding plagiarism for the assignments and research work to be conducted. I got the knowledge of importance of proper referencing to refer to work of the previous researchers. I also learnt that it is important to understand the importance of time, not only for the submission of my university assignments and research work, but also I must do all important works in my life on or before time. The

interactions with students, tutors and perusing the module helped me make these valuable additions to my knowledge.

3. Importance of Information for university education

The important information which I have learnt in this module will help me pursue my education at the university effectively. I can complete my research activities and assignments and my various modules efficiently and meticulously. The information will not only help me in my academic career, but it has also provided me insight for my professional life requirements. For example I have learned the importance of time management and I am now more concerned with time punctuality and completing task on or before time. I have also learned the importance of proper back ground study and research work before any task, research work or issue is addressed. Proper background study of the problem helps to evaluate the issue properly and come out with better conclusions and results.

4. Use of learning in your present and future university studies The learning will be a boon for me in successful completion of my educational pursuit in the university. I have made learning for proper referencing styles for my assignment and research works. I learnt that plagiarism is an academic offence and I will ensure that I keep all my university work free from plagiarism. I also learnt important things about the group discussion activities. I learnt how to participate actively and present myself in a group discussion. The interactions with the tutors were very fruitful and provided me guidance and instilled me with confidence that I will be able to do my education effectively and successfully in the university. I learnt that it is important to do my individual work independently. I learnt that apart from reading, listening is also a very important part of learning. The module also provided me a motivation required to initiate my education at university and provided me much required

introspection in my learning styles. I learnt my strengths and weakness, so that I can work on my weakness and use my strengths effectively.

5. Implementation of the learning

The module learning will help me do my assignments effectively, ensure that the secondary research and the literature review required is done efficiently and meticulously. I have learnt the importance of data analysis and will work hard on my assignments to ensure that the data analysis on data collected is done properly. All the research work and assignments done by me will be free from plagiarism and will have proper referencing.

6. Online plagiarism awareness

Green and Stuart (2002) have pointed that plagiarism can be defined as academic dishonesty. It is considered an academic offence. Plagiarism is considered to be a breach of the ethics of research. A research work or any assignment which has plagiarism is not considered genuine and is subject to get fail. Plagiarism in the work provided in the assignment or university tasks may even lead to expulsion from the university. Hence plagiarism is an ethical and academic offence which under no circumstances shall be committed by the students (Cameron, 2005).

7. Reviewing my learning styles, my development needs, and PDP action plan.

I have understood that I am a theorist and pragmatist learner. I need to focus to develop my activist learning styles. I need to improve on my group interaction skills. Also from the point of view of a new student in the university, there are various things which I require to learn accurately and fast such as Proper referencing styles, data collection methods, data analysis tools

and techniques, research methodology employed. Hence, I need to frame an effective action plan to ensure that I fulfill my development needs soon and properly.

Payne and Whittaker (2006) stated that an effective action plan is one which is not just well planned but well implemented and helps the planner to make progress. An effective action plan must have proper targets and goals. It shall help the learner to develop decision making skills and other skills and competencies required by the learner. An effective action plan is divided into small stages. After the analysis of my learning styles and my development needs which I require to become a better student are as illustrated below:
