Stage 1: Complete The Story Missions and Collect All PvE Exclusive Trophies Welcome to the Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Trophy Guide! In this guide you'll find guides on all of the classes, abilities, game modes, maps, trophies, and more! Make sure you have the "Levelling Up" upgrade equipped on all of your characters before you start playing. Doing this will reduce the time taken to achieve Time to Seriously Go Outside by a LOT since it increases your XP earned for everything. Since launch, the amount of bonus XP gained from using this upgrade has been nerfed, but equipping it should still save quite a substantial amount of time. Start by completing the Story Missions in Town Center (as Plants), Weirding Woods and Mount Steep to obtain the story-related trophies. Other single player only trophies should also try to be completed during this time, although none are missable! By the time you finish the Story Missions, you should almost have enough medals for The Medal's Medal! Note: You do not need to play Town Center as the Zombies for any story-related trophies.

Character classes which do not have a 200 vanquishes trophy have trophies which require you to heal a certain amount or block a certain amount of damage with their shield abilities. You are very likely to have these already but use this stage to get them if you don't. For the game's only Gold trophy, you need to level up a class to level 10 to promote them up a stage. Promote a class 5 times to have them reach Master rank. You must do this for 20 characters, giving a total of 20 times for the trophy. Once you do this, you will finally obtain the Platinum Trophy!
