Title Procurement of industrial shell and tube heat exchanger for Propylene Glycol Objectives: • Needs recognition: We need this type of heat exchangers so that we heat up the liquid entering and cool down the liquid that comes from the reactor. To fulfil this requirement, we have to install a heat exchanger. We also need check maintenance and its performance regularly.

• Specifications: We have the all the specification of the condenser that we need and it given below.

• Performance: -

 Construction of the Shell:

 List of suppliers: There are numbers of manufacturing companies that produce this specific type of condenser.  Mason Manufacturing LLC  Heat Exchanger USA  Enerquip, LLC  Purchasing process: We carefully search about these companies and also read the specification of the product. Our finance team release the purchasing order. After getting the purchase order we start purchasing process by giving the full details of the product which we want to the supplier.

• Shipment: For shipment we have contract with the (Enerquip, LLC Company) with reasonable price. Address has been sent to the company for shipment.

• Receiving and Delivering Process: At Gwadar Sea Port we close a contract with the transport company Loginex Shipping Pvt. Ltd. to carry the heat exchanger from port to plant site.

• Inspection: Inspection Department will check heat exchanger against delivery note and purchase order. That department will approve or disapprove the equipment.

• Installation of Equipment: After the approval of the Inspection Department the installation management of plant site will hand the heat exchanger for installation to the team of mechanical engineers....
