7.0 Problem Statement

1. The server is not efficient and lack in performances. It happens when too many people use the server especially during special events. For example, customer decided to borrow the sports equipment in the last minute and keep sign in frequently.

2. The goods returned to the company is late. The company have to make a postponement of the goods to another date for the next customer who has already reserved the same equipment. The image of the company will be effect because of the customer's perception of the company's inefficient service.

3. The current problems that face by the company is the security information of the customer. When the security of the company’s data is compromised by others, the record of the company will be effect and the customer will feel insecure to us.

8.0 Suggestion Solution

1. To overcome the problem, the company need to hire the Data Scientist to analyse the problem at our website. So that the customers are not having trouble signing in even though it's too crowded.

2. To solve the problem, the company will upgrade the system. This is because the system before that is not efficient which is the staff need to email the customer about the date for returning the equipment as a warning .It will take too much time to process it. Now, when the system is upgraded, it will simplify and save staff time to upload the notice with automatic system. It also can avoid the mistake from the staff of the company to send the warning.

3. The company have to provide the strengthen of security systems to protect the personal data of their customers who using the company's services. For example, the company will give a code to the customer who want to sign in to the website .The customer will get one code that no one else will know and the code will not redundancy to the other customers.
