TOPIC 1: INTRODUCTION The main purpose of this project is to study Fattah Aqua company’s internal system for sales management and provide solution by creating a suitable database including product pricing and sales optimization . Fattah Aqua sold not only pet such as rabbits ,but they also sold animal stuffs including pet foods and cages .This company is located in Pengadang Baru,Depan Petronas , Kuala Terengganu , Terengganu . Motivation of this project is that currently most of the small company uses manual way of keeping their important files and Fattah Aqua is not excluded . In the long run , the company can potentially become big and they might receive more invoices or other important reports . Manually way of keeping files might be hard for them to search those important reports in a stack of files for tracing purpose .

TOPIC 2: COMPANY BACKGROUND, ORGANIZATIONAL CHART Fattah Aqua was founded in 2017 by Mohd Zainal Abidin . He used to sell his product from country to country years ago . Upon facing all obstacles , he managed to open the store in order to expand his business and added more stuff such as animal cages and rabbits other than animal food. With the help from his colleague , Ahmad Nuruddin who also his partnership , the business started to grow. With their endless effort , they became one of the biggest stockist in Terengganu.

TOPIC 3: CURRENT SYSTEM DESCRIPTION & FLOWCHART For now , the company operating by using manual ways . Whenever there are transactions of money whether in or out , they store all the data in a lot of files . For instance , all the money that goes into the company will be stored into a specific files , and the other way around for the money that is transferred out . Not just that , the company also kept all the details regarding their customers in another files to sum up . The same goes for stocks purchasing or delivery . The amount of current stocks will continuously updated into the same file .

TOPIC 4: CURRENT SYSTEM PROBLEMS  Hard for company to trace their profit or loss  Company need to always check their inventory  Difficult to update the data and can mix up the information due too many record stored everyday  Company’s transaction will be store manually into a file .

TOPIC 5: PROPOSED DATABASE OBJECTIVES

 To search order that was purchased by customer as well as the new one that customer demands for .  To update not just number of stocks but the amount of money that the company get per day .  To store various files regarding the company’s business such as the name of regular customers , details of the previous and current workers .  To trace the source of money that is managed by the company whether from purchasing or selling the stocks.

TOPIC 6: INITIAL PROPOSED BUSINESS RULES  Many order can be made on the same date . One date can receive many order.  Many customer can order one or more stocks . Many stocks can be order by many customer .  Each customer can owe the company(debt) once . The company can give debt to one customer once .  One or more stocks can be ordered by the company . The company can order one or more stocks.


