INTRODUCCION

According to the marketing plan format, the best programs to develop the business are facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

It was published for a total of 447 people who were interested in product design and only 191 people reacted positively, 40% the other 60% did not react.

We decided to carry out surveys to find out the reason and this was the result, but it was only done to 20% of the people.

In the next screens it is possible to see the contents related with the project that we design and the publications we share in social media.

CONCLUSION Due to the popularization of the Internet in the last decade, social networks have taken center stage in people's daily lives, gaining their full attention. This is why it is essential that your company has a presence in these digital channels to build communities around the brand, gain the attention of your potential customers and turn social networks into a channel for generating sales.
