Description

Outward behaviors reflect the internal conflict. When we see abnormal behavior in people, intervention is important to make sure things don't go out of hand. Not intervening in such scenarios is cruel. Psychologists must get involved to develop strategies to effectively rehabilitate such people. (Ogden,2019). People always get attracted to negative health behaviors like smoking, drinking alcohol, taking drugs because of social and cultural influence. During this, I learned the four main atrial health behaviors employed to assist analyze bound behaviors and assist dynamic can behaviors. To change health-related behavior on an outsized population level there should be an efficient way to spread awareness regarding negative health behavior and adverse effects. People ought to be intended and inspired to change their dangerous health behaviors. Using mass-level media is a technique to encourage people to change their behavior and the way it may be modified. "Mass media campaigns are widely used to expose high proportions of large populations to messages through routine uses of existing media, such as television, radio, and newspapers. Exposure to such messages is, therefore, generally passive" (Wakefield et al., 2010). Today, many individuals browse news online since they need to understand what is happening around the world. This outlet should be used to write informative health care. Also, people are getting more addicted to using social media so these ought to be used as a platform to unfold awareness. I would recommend the use of mass media as well as social media as an intervention in achieving change in health-related behavior. We can use the lessons learned from modelling to change our behavior. “We can change our behavior by watching those around us and focusing on the behaviors we want to copy We can learn from social media” (Ogden, 2019, p.29). We can educate people by implementing various programs to change health-related behaviors. More health-related campaigns should be launched in a community. People should get acquainted with healthrelated topics to help to make healthier habits in daily lifestyle. By following YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram we can learn about healthrelated behavior change and implement it in our lives. “We conclude that mass media campaigns can produce positive changes or prevent negative changes in health-related behaviors across large populations” (Wakefield et al., 2010).

To be innovative I would host a health-related fair to attract more people to come and present biodegrade sanitary products, display projects about health care, use a projector to showcase different adverse effects or usefulness of health-related actions.
