Pivot Chart is a graph presented in a Pivot Table that gives the visualization of the data from chosen area or Excel tables to collect information for further decision-makings. Benefit: Using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts is the transforming from raw data to valuable information stage. By doing so, the data can be expanded or collapsed to direct and focus users to the target results. The layout of pivot tables creates attractive reports for the user so they can easily compare the values in data sets, thereby, gathering useful information (e.g.: trends (increases, decreases), minimum or maximum values, ratio of components, etc.) to, for example, apply business intelligence to make decisions in the operation or development of the business. Providing examples that could be relevant to DRAX Consulting, explain how you would distinguish data, information and knowledge: Data are raw facts gathered from the setter(s) and categorized into types of information. They are unprocessed and pre-analyzed figures. For example, they might be Excel tables or Databases. This is concluded when users choose useful information to serve their purposes, especially in making decisions. Realizing the troubles in the company's operation, DRAX Consulting applied 2 methods of Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence to bring the company into order and make it more developed. With Business Intelligence, they have applied the functionality, scalability, and reliability of modern database management systems to build ever-larger data warehouses and utilize data mining data techniques to exploit business advantages from the vast amount of business data available. Applying knowledge management technology on accurate and timely knowledge, the decision they make is to combine today's content management systems and the Web with improved text search and mining in order to get more value out of the explosion of documented information. Considering how

DRAX is distributed across Asia, it is important to be able to harness knowledge to have a complete advantage. They take advantage of proficiency in information technology, creating platforms that improve business-to-user interactions in order to fulfill their needs.
