Tasks 7.1 to 7.3 are project tasks relating to Residential Building Codes. You are required to carry out an inspection of a low-rise construction project of your own choice to determine that the project is compliant with the NCC and if there are compliance issues that may require remediation. As a minimum you are required to describe at least two compliance issues that may require recommendation. You are to apply the performance requirements relating to the design and construction of the chosen building. Write a brief report to respond to the three assessment tasks below. In this you should identify:  the Class of building  type of construction  appropriate Volume and Section/Part of NCC  performance requirements. You should nominate the Acceptable Construction Practices (ACP) used as the DTS solutions or detail the Alternative Solution. Carry out an inspection and give advice on the outcome of this inspection. This report is to include photos, sketches or marked up plans which confirm your observations and assessments.
