Claim - A claim is information that a provider submits to the health plan about covered services provided to a member. A claim may also be submitted to the health plan by an employee if they pays out-of-pocket for covered services and is entitled to reimbursement.

Cost Center – Cost centers (CCs) are an organizational unit used within SAP where costs are incurred. Cost centers are organized within profit centers by type, department, company, and variant.

Concur – Platform used by some employees and managers for Travel and Expense reporting and management

Crow Canyon – Platform some employees and manager use for Purchase Requisitions.

11.

Deductible – amount you pay for covered health care services before your insura nce plan starts to pay.

EAP - Employee Assistance Program. EAP Work/Life is a life and wellness resource source for employees and their family members to access regarding personal concerns privately and effectively before they become overwhelming and impact your job performance or quality of life.

Eligibility Date - The date an individual and/or dependents become eligible for benefits under an employee benefit plan.

14.

GEMS - Guided Education Modules. These are found on the Learning Management System (LMS).

15.

Grade - The grade is generally defined by the level of the responsibilities performed within the job description of the position.

GRM – Global Resource Management. A team focused on resource management of the delivery organization by matching resource supply with client demands.
