Able Baker 10 trials :

Baker Able 10 trials :

Report on performance (Supply Chain Management Simulation) : By analysing the performance of both tables above, we can deduce that Baker Able system works more efficiently than Able Baker modele. If we compare each average row simulated one by one in both Excel tables, Baker Able system satisfies the most its customers. The waiting time is less than Able Baker system (0.802 < 1.004 min) even though its standard deviation is a little higher than Able Baker modele (0.68 > 0.57). Therefore the waiting time of Baker Able system is either very low or very high ; the gap between the extreme values are higher than Able Baker system. In other words, Baker Able’s clients are likely to be either satisfied for not waiting much time or not satisfied at all. On average, Baker Able system is however more reliable than Able Baker. As regards Able service time, Able Baker system is also less interesting than Baker Able system because it lasts longer (1.995 > 1.643 min) than in Baker Able system, even though it service time is more regular than in Baker Able system. Yet, Baker service time is more efficient in Able Baker system because it only lasts 1.671 min compared to 2.128 min in Baker Able system. All the more as its service time is more regular than in Baker Able system if we look at the standard deviation in both system. Concerning the time spent by customers in Able Baker system, in the latter it is more significant than in Baker Able modele ( 4 .67 > 4.4 min). If the average probability of server idle time is better for Able in Able Baker functionning (0.112 < 0.355) and more regular than in Baker Able system, it is actually the opposite for Baker in Baker Able system ( 0.46 > 0.08) with a more regular probability in Baker Able modele. All in all, Baker Able system shows more performance than Able Baker since its waiting time, Able service time, time spent in the system by its customers and its server idle time are less noticeable than in Able Baker functionning.
