Session 5 - seminar
Subject Area(s) This session will cover: The extent to which the UK’s exit from the European Union will impact on the English Legal System Skill(s) This session will develop the following skill(s): Research Presentation Aims This session aims to: Introduce you to researching your own topic; Develop your understanding of the impact of EU membership on the English Legal System. Outcomes By the end of this session you will: 1. Have worked in a group to prepare for a presentation; 2. Critically considered the relationship the English Legal System has with the European Union and explored the implications of ‘Brexit’; 3. Have experienced presenting orally. Preparation It should take you approximately 2 hours to prepare for this session. 1. Preparation for this session will have started during session 4. You should have met as a group at least once prior to this session to plan your presentation. There will be no time to prepare in this session. You should ensure any notes are already printed and any power point or other presentation is on a memory stick.
