As the youngest age in my workplace, I need to manage generational differences to avoid communicating poorly and decreasing productivity leadership miscues. “When some workers adapt seamlessly to new tools while others struggle to master the basics.” I think it is an obvious fact because Millennials are born in technology development, so they easily adapt new tools. Each generation has its own experience and advantages. For example, we cannot force a 73 years old man type a page document as fast as a 25 years old man.
C) What questions do you have about Supplemental Reading 2? Why don’t it include generation Z? D) If you were the instructor, what questions would you ask the class about Supplemental Reading 2? What answers would you be looking for? What defines your generation? -> Based on similar collective experiences, people can roughly define their generation. E) How does this reading relate to Case 2?
