A. Company Profile Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.) was the brainchild of Gawad Kalinga volunteers Camille Meloto, Dylan Wilk, and Anna Meloto-Wilk who wanted to start a revolution of inclusive enterprises that promote caring and restore communities. Human Nature was the first cosmetics and personal care company in the Philippines to be awarded the distinction of being truly cruelty-free by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the largest animal rights organization in the world. Human Nature was also the first and is the only Filipino company to have signed PETA’s statement of assurance against animal testing. Human Nature is the first and only Philippine home and personal care brand that is a member of the Natural Products Association (NPA). NPA is the largest and oldest nonprofit organization in the US dedicated to the promotion of natural manufacturing and protecting of consumers' health and environmental safety. The NPA Seal certifies compliance with the NPA Standard for Personal Care Products on natural ingredients, safety, responsibility and sustainability. This seal is given to products that pass the following strict standards: ●

1. Based on strategy formulation that uses SWOT analysis, the number of strengths that Human Nature have, outnumbers the weaknesses, and risks inherent in the opportunities concluding the company. 2. There is a small number of competitors when it comes to an all-natural cosmetic and personal care product. However, due to increasing demand, there is a high level of threat of new entrants in the industry. 3. The purchasing power of the consumers will not have an inherent effect on the pricing strategy of Human heart nature. 4. The company business portfolio has been intensive and carrying wide range of product. By these means, the company can provide the wide range of world’s beauty products. 5. The company’s team has always improved the quality of products to meet the needs of customers, indeed the company’s strategies to penetrate the market has immensely powerful by endorsing most-discussed actress or singer also highly-influencing people. It keeps the company keep in touch with customers and become the most brand people look up to. 6. The company keeps relationship with customer by using their website and internet- pooled-survey. Marketing survey and integrated marketing communication built to bridge the needs of customers and fulfill them. G. Recommendation Market penetration is one of best strategy that coming from marketing division. Marketing could not work alone to execute this strategy. In Finance or accounting division, they have to provide good budgeting plan to execute market penetration strategy. In human recourse division, they have to select the best people to do advertising in order to accelerate market penetration. Such as, making the best advertising program and select the best people to pursue with that program. In production and operation division, they have to maintain products that distributed to consumer is going well by this strategy implementation, which is market penetration. To implement, Human Heart Nature have to deal with coordination among distributors and integrate management information system. This integrated management information system aims to ensure that the performance and continuity of the various businesses sectors, as well as streamline the company’s operational excellence by introducing new technologies. Through using this strategy, the company’s performance will increase the company’s value in the future. Additionally, the company can also provide beneficial campaigns to consumers to increase the purchasing confidence. The brand identity of Human Heart Nature has been built by being highly-sustainable beauty products’ company, integrating with high sustainable development and back to nature concept.
