One person from the group needs to submit a zip file with the following items: 1. A pdf file which contains: (a) Project title, project supervisor, group members. (b) Current draft of the project charter. (c) Proposed assessment formula. 2. Time sheets for week 3. An example of the required information for each person is shown in the spreadsheet below. 3. Current project Gantt chart. The chart needs to show tasks, the expected start and end times and the person responsible. The chart should fit on one sheet of paper. 4. The meeting minutes for week 3. The minutes should clearly show the tasks that each group member will be undertaking in the next week. 5. The URL for your Trello boards in which you have given access to your tutor and the course coordinator. Please submit the zip file through Canvas Assignments.

Remember that you will need to submit weekly time sheets and meeting minutes at the end of the semester.
