Professor Coultor English102 3/30/2021 Myself: The whole world has been having big troubles since last year. It took pretty much time to develop COVID-19 vaccines and still not all people haven’t got the vaccines yet. All over the world, a total of 128 Million people got infected by the virus and 2.78 Million people died. CDC: Yes, even though the covid-19 vaccine is created it takes pretty much a lot of time to get vaccines for everyone in the world. Also, people should follow the guidelines from the government to get over these situations. Myself: What are exactly government guidelines about? CDC: According to our guideline, It is highly recommended to wear masks when people are going outside which means meeting people besides family members. Also, people should keep their distance at least 6 feet from other people. It is important to wash hands for at least 20 seconds or alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Myself: It is okay to wear any kind of mask?

Babu: According to our experiment it is definitely important to wear masks and sanitize hands all the time as CDC mentioned. But not all masks are safe to use to prevent the airborne-virus such as COVID-19. CDC and I personally recommend wearing an N95 mask. Myself: What’s the reason for not recommend getting other masks besides N95? Babu: According to our research, N95 has a 95 percent protecting ability against viruses. But usually, people are wearing masks such as dust masks and surgical masks when they are going out. Surgical masks which are known as using layer masks are made of a single layer of nonwoven fabric or wood pulp tissue paper and are usually used in the food processing industry. Also, dusk masks are not proper to use for preventing viruses since it is made of the flexible paper pad. Myself: Are there any reasons that most people using those masks?

Babu: It is because at the beginning of the pandemic people were hard to get their N95 masks So people replaced the other masks instead of N95. N95 masks are hard to breathe or it is not comfortable to use for daily uses. CDC: Also it is important to wear a mask proper way, a lot of people are covering their months

only not covering noses. But it is important to cover both of them. If it may be a good way to cover their eyes using a face shield to protect themselves....
