PROBLEM: Whiteboard markers, pointers, and LCD remote controls are very essential in sharing a report via power point presentations or any digital-used visual aids (e.g. videos) using LCD projectors in school or at work. Having these three kinds of needs, it is somehow a hassle for the presenters to hold two or three things while speaking in front and delivering the presentation smoothly and clearly. Aside from the hassle, people tend to forget to bring one or two of the said items needed for the presentation that can cause delay and cancellation of the presentation that could waste the time of the people involve.

SOLUTION: As a solution to the problem our team therefore proposes a 3 in 1 function device where the whiteboard marker, laser/pointer and the remote will be placed in a one pen device. This idea will truly be a solution to the people engage in business industry and in Education. It will make their presentation run smoothly and they will be able to present it clearly without distraction of changing devices.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW: Our product is a universal remote control device wherein it can works with all popular LCD and DLP projectors including those from different brands such as Cannon, Samsung, Panason nQ, Boxlight, Christie, Dell, Dukane, Eiki, Epson, Hitach C, Mitsubishi, NEC, Optoma, Philips, Pioneer, Polaroid, Sa y, Toshiba, Vidikron, Viewsonic, and aside from universal re device will also be a whiteboard marker and would include a o serve as a pointer for the presentation, It will be batte its connecting tool will be through Bluetooth. The bod ill be made of plastic, rubber and metal that will be soft and l handling and is also a waterproof device. The poi can be changeable where you can change it to broad or fin inks of the pen are refillable.

BUSINESS MODEL Price, Cost of production and Product Margin Our product can cost for about 1,700-2500.Yes, it is expensive, but we assure the customers that the quality exceeds more than the price. Our production cost will be around 950php-1200php per unit wherein the costing are as follows: Direct Materials- 580/u and for Labor will be 200/unit. Other cost will be for the indirect materials, labor and overheads. And the cost of margin will be around 750-1200 per unit

How are you planning to get your customers? We can gather or attract customers by advertisement through social media, flyers, newspapers and magazines. Promotions in different categories can increase our popularity and people will have an idea who we are and what we sell/offer. We also offer pre survey to the possible market such as the students, teachers and business people How will they know that you exist? We can introduce ourselves and the product to the public via advertisement through social media, flyers, newspapers and magazines. Promotions in different categories can increase our popularity and people will have an idea who we are and what we sell/offer, but as of now, we are promoting not only the product but the company itself through a Facebook page called Beaumont Innovative Co. How will your sales process look like? We will be offering our products to resellers (retailers), whole sellers and via online through social media (e.g. Facebook) where we can also be targeting schools, different companies and even government offices.

COMPETITION Who are your Competitors? As of now, with full confidence, we can say that as for this one of a kind product, we do not have competitors but when speaking of whiteboard pens, pointers or LCD Projector remote, we believe that there will be high competition. What are your Competitive advantages? Our competitive advantage will be its 3in1 usage and it can pair up through Bluetooth and all in all its uniqueness unlike any other else.

THE ASK How much is needed? To produce this product into the market we need a capital of 3,000,000 to cover all expenses to produce around 250 pieces for launching and 1,500,000 for advertising this product through giving away flyers to our target market. How much will the investor get? We will be implementing 60% and 40% percentage division for our profit. For our investors they will get 40% of all the profit that we will be collecting. It is already fair and high enough for them to regain the money they have invested in the business. How will you spend the investment? We could be able to conserve our investments by analyzing and understanding the investment costs by organizing our different cost or expenses that we will encounter. We will calculate, assess and outsource our various cost/expenses. Those investment returns are difficult to forecast with any degree of precision, it should in principle be possible for fiduciaries to achieve a good understanding of costs and fees. With the forecasting said, we can make also make plans like budgeting possible future costs or expenses for future references and to avoid any unnecessary happenings (e.g. fortuitous events). Second is by sticking to our investment plan so that we could be able to continue our strategies and implement it without any delays or problems that might arise.
