The text defines personality as “a person’s relatively stable feelings, thoughts, and behavioral patterns” while values are “stable life goals, reflecting what is most important to them.” Pick one of the “Big Five Personality Traits” (see figure 2.5) that details the most important trait for your current job or a position you want to eventual be in. Describe why this is the most important. Give an example of how this personality trait aligns with one of your professional goals.

Personality refers to a person's relatively stable emotions, feelings, and behavioral patterns. Our personality distinguishes us from other individuals, and knowing the personality of others gives us hints about how that individual is likely to behave and feel in a number of circumstances. This Big five traits of personality (openness, conscientiousness,extraversion,agreeableness,neuroticism) commonly referred to as OCEAN are five broad domains which define human personality and account for individual differences. I'm working in a company as a sales executive in IT Company. As a sales person I think Extraversion is the most important personality traits. I’m talkative, outgoing, sociable, and enjoys socializing. For my work I have to talk to new people which I really enjoy to. For being talkative it helps me to improve my daily work. Also it helps to become sociable and I enjoy that too. Also this personal traits helps me to understand one person’s needs, their behavior, their demands. Extraversion, for the main reason that one must not be shy to engage with their clients, colleagues and peers in sales, marketing and operations. I also believe it’s better to master all the five traits. Each traits helps a person to improve themselves in their personal life also professional life....
