Following the proper instructions, the PDF versions of these forms must be submitted to the official email of concern departments along with the following documents. N.B: All Documents Must be marge in one pdf file and Include Admit No in Email subject. a) Bank Payment slip (From Any Branch of Agrani Bank) b) Passport size photo (One copy). c) All original academic certificates and marks sheets/transcripts. d) Original copy of work experience certificate(s). e) National ID/Birth Certificate of Candidate and National ID of parents. f) EMBA admission test admit card.
