This doesn’t make the readers confused in reading and understanding the topic itself. This encourages the readers to be knowledgeable on something new or a new development, some facts that the managers including the organizations didn’t know before. However, it doesn’t mention some theoretical issues and citations which could provide support and evidences to what was the author saying. The report, “Top 10 Workplace Leadership Articles of 2019” was written by Jessica Buono a writer and content strategist at Gallup in 2020 seeks to identify the leaders to concentrate on the managers which will produce returns in the future. The article determined that the managers influence the corporate culture through leadership. It is clear from the introduction of the article that the role of the managers perhaps the most significant impact in the organizational performance. Moreover, it is a good starting point for the organizations especially when leading your workforce during a rapid change to find out the published a book of Gallup titled as It’s the Manager, packed with 52 discoveries from Gallup’s largest study of the future of work, how the managers adapt their organizations to rapid change whether from new workplace demands, to the challenges of managing remote employees, and attracting as well as keeping today’s best employees. This Gallup’s top 10 articles makes it abundantly obvious that managers can strengthen the business culture by ensuring that their actions and words adhere to the values and vision of the organization.

Employees focus on their strengths and ability to operate at their best than focus and spend their time on something that does not come naturally to them. Similarly in the theory under value/ based theory in which, it states that leaders should draw upon each other’s values an example of it is honesty, fairness and cooperation where in employees should be honest fair and cooperative in terms of giving their best and focusing on the objective and progress of the organization. Then, another leadership characteristic that I have learned and I can relate to the theory is that everyone including leaders and employees take accountability for their performance and the progress that they are making instead of blaming it to each other and In theory under the Leadership through the eyes of followers specifically the Transformational leadership that enables the leader to recognize the need for change, to

create a vision to guide that change, and to execute the change effectively. Lastly, on theory of leadership substitutes and neutralize and under neutralizers it removes the influence of the manager that does perform irrelevant. Similarly, in the article, the transactional boss which discourage and disengaged employees in the workplace and employees tend not to overcome challenges, plan, take accountability or operate with their strengths on their own but they have to find ways on neutralizing their workplace by eliminating the negative influence of their manager while working out on their best performance...
