Project Background & Description The company currently has one large NEW office & "store", and an outside pet play area, where about 250 total employees will work (including training and shelter at the university). The company currently has several “old time” leaders in management. Currently, all the processes are manual, error-prone, inefficient, in-scalable and does not provide visibility to employees and the customers and technology usage and knowledge is minimal – more like non-existent.

Project Scope The purpose of this evaluation is to evaluate the requirements of the company and its staff. Determine how to make the process efficient and increase employee performance. This evaluation is not the result of changes that directly increase or decrease the company's profit.

They can know their eligibility for applying.



Fees can be paid online by Debit card Credit card and Paytm.



We will provide online chat facility for users having problem to apply, people can even apply by contacting us on phones. (Phone numbers will be provided on internet).



Tracking information will also be available on website.

In person or Office. Currently, we have our office in Vancouver, but we will let people come and apply for their Pets Haven card. As they have to bring the necessary documents with them. Future plansWe will open our multiple offices in different cities of America and Canada, we will also open new small warehouses but not for creating the Pets Haven Cards, but for bringing in more animals who are abandoned or treated badly by their owners.

Card will display registered owner



Card will provide birth date of pet.



Card will display validity of Card



Card will display card number for scanning



Card will display name of the owner.



Card will display citizenship of the owner.

This card will help identify owner of card and without owner’s permission pet can not be travelled to another country. To applying for the dog’s Pets Haven card, one’s pet should have a rabies test. (not in the case of CATS). For travelling through Airways, one should have proper cage for dogs and cats.
