It is the right of a student to get the good care at the right time with right settings whereas the study shows that students are scared to talk about their anxiety and depression related things and suffocates within themselves. Students suffering from anxiety feels like they are excluded from participation in activities, inhibiting from flourishing as a human being. Mental health patient should be given the respect and treated fairly. The Catholic Social Teaching states that “every individual has value, is worthy of great respect and must be free from slavery, manipulation and exploitation” (Darring,2012). There are many organization and support services regarding mental health issues in educational institutions. But the reality seems different, how many students really seek the help and what number of students get out from the anxiety and depression remain nontransparency? Are you fine? Like most of us, the answer will be yeah doing well. This answer has hinder attaining the common good goal where everyone in a society is able to flourish and exercise their fundamental rights without negotiating other’s needs.

On the other hand, among health care workers risk of anxiety and depression is escalating in healthcare sector. Low morale in staff results the depression, unsatisfaction, stress among staffs. Commonly when it comes to address the healthcare challenging issues like shortage of staffs, equipment’s, not enough access to technology (Moll, Eakin, Franche, R.& Strike, C. (2013). The government or health care organization are seen in heated debate prioritising their own agendas above the issues.

Do you know that the demographic data of 34 hospitals treating COVID-19 from January 29, 2020 to February 3 in china shows the result that 1,257 healthcare workers are suffered from insomnia, distress, anxiety? (Park & Park,2020). In this global Covid-19 pandemic health care workers are working 65 hours per week, not having access to proper PPE, increasing workload in the country like Italy, USA, Spain, United Kingdom which increase stress to healthcare worker. More than 38% healthcare workers are exposed to violence like in aged care, hospitals. This impact on self-efficacy of health care worker and dignity of an individual. It is interesting fact that men working in other profession has significantly lower rate of suicide compared to male health care practitioners. There are 9828 suicides cases between the year 2001 to 2012 in Australia where 369 (3.8) % by health care professional due to overload of the stress (Milner, Maheen, Bismark & Spittal, 2016). . How is this even possible healthcare professional are not achieving the common good in a society whereas the realisation of common good is shared responsibility of everyone. Furthermore, the violation of global solidarity occurs in health care sector

because there is minimal assistance for healthcare worker suffering from mental tantrums. Personally, as a personal care assistant in nursing home I face racism by the residents which is truly unfair to us. I become helpless and my dignity and respect is lost. It is important to open up about mental health stats like other normal disease and ask for help.
