This is because there is there is a lot less than computers and everything that you need to find (settings wise) can be found by clicking an icon
Power to the user: This means how much power the user has over the phone, meaning that the owner of the mobile device can do anything the want to do as it will be easier to understand compared to a computer. This is good because if there are any issues with the device it can be fixed without having to go out and repair it at a shop.
Possibilities for Personalization use: This means that the mobile device that someone is using can be personalized easily, android tends to be easier towards using personalization than apple because android is a lot easier to download things on the device....
