SUPPLIER’S VALUE CHAIN – Raw materials are stored in Rangpuri Warehouse in New Delhi, India and are transported by lorry to Gandhi International Airport where they fly to Istanbul Ataturk Airport. IN-BOUND LOGISTICS – Raw materials are then transported by lorry from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to Mothouse Clothing Co. in Istanbul, Turkey where products are manufactured.
VISUAL SUPPLY CHAIN FLOW CHART – RETURNS THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO RETURN THEIR RECENT PURCHASE IN-STORE/ONLINE ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED IN-STORE WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE
ONLINE ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED BY POST WITH THE FREE RETURNS LABEL RECEIVED IN THE ONLINE ORDER
THE CUSTOMER THEN RETURNS THE PRODUCT VIA THEIR NEAREST STORE
THE CUSTOMER THEN POSTS THE ORDER TO THE SELECTED WAREHOUSE VIA POST OFFICE (ROYAL MAIL)
ONCE RETURNED THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED
ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED
OPERATIONS – Products are manufactured at Mothouse Clothing Co. in Istanbul, Turkey. BRANDING – After manufacture branding of products is completed in the warehouse. OUT-BOUND LOGISTICS – The merchandise will then be transported by lorry to Istanbul Ataturk Airport and will fly to Manchester Airport. From here goods will then be transported by (DHL) to Esprit Warehousing Ltd. Where they will be sorted and transported by aeroplane and DHL to their end locations: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Cardiff, Dublin, London Heathrow Airport. Goods will be transported to Leeds by DHL directly from Esprit Warehousing Ltd. CUSTOMER’S VALUE CHAIN – Once a customer makes a purchase they are able to leave feedback by reviewing the product online. ‘Males Trade’ also offers an app where customers are able to review products and make further purchases. THE ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED AND RECIEVED AT THE WAREHOUSE THE ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO STORE AND WILL NOW BE TRANSPORTED TO THE WAREHOUSE BY DHL
