AARTS,DEBORAH I think they are on the Evolutionary phase as they are growing with challenges, more specifically on the delegation phase as they have passed and solved the previous crisis - The company has overcome the creativity phase as they have already established the company and all their energy was being used in the creating of a new product/service. They have established their management team and their communication was effective. - They have overcome the crisis of leadership as it is clearly stated who leads the company and the managerial problems. - Phase 2 is direction which in my opinion the company has already passed it, in the article they mention the fact that their budget was introduced and therefore they were looking for investors & lenders to startup the business, despite them not getting the full amount they still got approved $1Million. - The crisis of autonomy is where the company is growing to the point that they now must delegate more with lower levels in the management system for their business to be efficient and profitable. I think the business has done that as they have acknowledged the fact that they need help to run the business as mentioned in this quote "Our philosophy is that it's better to meet one person seven times a year than seven people one time each. If we go to see a client seven times in a year, we'll know who they are, how their business is doing and how we can help them. And if we can help their business, they can help ours." - They are in the delegation phase as they are now focusing in the expansion of the company, they have recently acquired a new partner but won’t risk to lose their power. They are failing into acquiring a new management hierarchy. In the company and therefore has not overcome the crisis of control. Therefore, if the company cannot overcome this crisis it cannot move forward to the next phase....
