DISCUSSION

According to the results, we can see that the person studied has a high strength and adaptability to the jumps because practicing parkour, just as it is thanks to strengthening their quadriceps, gluteus and gastrocnemius especially the strength of the rectus femoris and gluteus maximus and which give improved jump in power as contramovement and droop jump reactive force giving high values of bending at each hop obtaining angles greater than 30 ° in each eccentric motion, therefore its speed is also assessed which much help the vast of the quadriceps as greatly enhance the acceleration of movement in the jumps,We can also demonstrate the aid of antagonistic muscles at the time of bending since although the quadriceps three times stronger than its antagonistic muscle flexed hamstrings help eccentric motion enhancing the speed and iliotibial band aid handling stability of the movement of the jumps and the same as the ligaments and the capsule as such and also some of the muscle groups mentioned above, also they participate adductor but to a lesser extent the gastrocnemius also have an important function as it runs through the femoral condyles and help in a significant way to get a higher jump and improves the reactive force as can be seen in the data obtained with the patient.also they involved the adductors but to a lesser extent, the gastrocnemius also have an important role as it extends to the femoral condyles and help in a meaningful way to get a higher jump and improves the reactive force as seen in the data obtained with patient.also they involved the adductors but to a lesser extent, the gastrocnemius also have an important role as it extends to the femoral condyles and help in a meaningful way to get a higher jump and improves the reactive force as seen in the data obtained with patient....
