Hi Jane! I’ve listened that you were a bit down in the dumps lately, so I hope you are better now. Related to that I want to tell you about a video that I’ve seen on YouTube. The video is from the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). In the video appears a girl talking about his personal experience with mental health. She says that when she started university, she felt stressed and that triggered anorexia. She talks about how she overcame adversity by pushing herself thru her limits and doing things she felt uncomfortable about. What helped her to overcome the adversity, was Surf Lifesaving. She tells how getting out of her comfort zone help her deal with his problems. So, what I’m saying to you is that maybe you could try something new that seems uncomfortable for you to see if it does help you overcome your own problems. Maybe one option you could try is skydiving, you’ve always wanted to try skydiving but never dared to do it, this could be the time. Lots of love, Martí...
