WORKING WITH REPORTS

Depending upon which version you are using, AccountRight contains around 200 standard reports that you can use to manage your business and your accounts. These reports can be: generated on the screen so that you can quickly see how your business is progressing printed on paper exported to HTML format so that they can be placed on a web site exported to PDF format so that they can be emailed exported to a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel sent to a disk file in an ASCII format so that the data can be used in other applications such as a spreadsheet, database, or word processor. In addition to the standard reports, you can also customise the features of many of the reports to produce more specific information. For example, you can generate a report which shows the current balance of all of your customers.
