**Information in the book will be on the QUIZ!! → to do : read chapters 1-6 for this → bring book to class for reference SUPPLIES FOR MAKEUP - Makeup Kit ● palette - has skin tones, highlights, contour, and lip stain in R corner ● Sponge - helps w/blending, age spots ● 1 brush - (should have more if an actor) for blending, more fine tuned, soft bristle ● Black eyeliner pencil - (also bring brown eyeliner) NOTES FOR YOUR SELF PROJECT - Skinny people don’t age as well **if fair skinned - don’t wear brown - Don’t be a flat table WASH SPONGE, POWDER PUFF, OR WHITE SPONGES W/DAWN (should bring more sponges) -

Setting Powder - has white tone to it, more expensive one has a better tone - Basically doing “baking” w/the press powder (bring face wash, wipes, towel) - Schematic - outline of your makeup - Print out 3 or 4 on canvas - Can use schematic from online if you like - Make sure you write down the color and brand name - Can use another color on paper (to not run out) - Can buy JUST one color in palette (bring headband for hair out of face) - Morgue - 20 pics of what we are going to be doing - Pics of people who look like you - How to do things - Type of faces - What NOT to do - Eyeshadow = types of eyes YOU have - Pictures of parents or siblings (can use for OLD MAKEUP as well) - NO makeup, stage, prom - Write why you put it - What you wanna look like - Contour - the study of your face

ALL OF THIS DUE AT FINAL APPLICATION +bring EVERYTHING, but kit will be given (pg 25) → use for help w/your analysis → talk about yourself, where you are from, in sun or not, family, things that happened to yours face, face shaping, what you get form family, active or not, in sun or not, teeth, hair, dry or oily skin, eyes close or not, eyebrows, color of face, smile, cheekbones, heritage OLD -

Show that you can age “What would I look like as Rose, not how do I look like Betty White” The life the character led - Skin tone different - Neck and Hands age first **different IF smoker!!
