Step 1: Log into the UP Library site https://www.library.up.ac.za/law/index.htm# Step 2: Choose Law

Step 3: Search: Choose Databases

Step 4: Type in Jutastat + GO. You will be directed back to your Login. Put in your details.

2 Step 5: Click on the drop down arrow for Choose Advanced Search Form(s) on the LH side. Click on Law Reports Search.

Step 6: Type in name of the article OR author OR the year and page number + Search.

Step 7: Choose the applicable article/s that you want to read.

3 You can also use Sabinet through the library website. Follow steps 1-3

Step 4: Instead of JUTASTAT, type in Sabinet.

Step 5: Choose: Sabinet Legal
