BYD China Introduction BYD, China is well known for its low-priced development of batteries. In the foreign market, electric vehicles (EVs) are now a reality. Cars operated solely by batteries today account for large portions of the car fleets of industrialized and some emerging countries. The emergence of these vehicles, which substitute alternatives to engine combustion with either a solely electric vehicle or other hybrid methods of propulsion, has drawn the interest of researchers trying to understand the factors that have been most important to the growth of this industry, which has grown at a very slow pace without any success until recently. Generating Value A. By introducing operating initiatives, BYD China utilizes operations management to supply batteries and create value for its clients. BYD China leveraged a regional, decentralized supply chain system but enforced tight central control and coordination while conflicts were taking place that disrupted global operations. Generating Value B. By planning for the worse and recognizing that they will still have another catastrophe equal to the Great Japan Earthquake, the 2007 and 2008 Global Liquidity Crisis, and the 2011 Thai Floods, BYD China gain a comparative edge by using operations management. In order to be the first respondent to their company, they rely on a strong supply chain. Profit Generating C. In any area in which it does business, BYD China has been introducing countermeasures. This made it easier for them to have a revised geographic production outlook to have a coordinated and detailed production schedule. The manufacturing practices of BYD China provide value for their consumers by keeping their brand diversified and open globally, even in turbulent times.

II. Theories and Techniques A PERT stands for the Methodology of Program Assessment and Analysis and is a project management technique that involves a three-time estimation for each task. CPM stands for Critical Path Approach, which is also a project management methodology that incorporates only one-time variables per operation (Kerzner, 2019). Since they have been developed, they are both equivalents, such as helping managers track, control, and plan complicated and large projects. Theories and Methods B The interventions are as follows; 1. The projection should be used by BYD China to analyze what consumers in various areas of the world are most likely to buy. 2. BYD China should provide information about the multiple cars sold, the countries that import their vehicles, and also where they are being purchased. 3. You can compile data on a weekly, bi-monthly, or annual basis. 4. For this objective, time-series models and Associative models are suitable. 5. Validating and applying the results: BYD China should now have a profitable amount of knowledge without losing time and resources to go ahead with a profitable development. Theories and Methods C Companies are producing fewer and consuming more in this period of rising specialization, low connectivity prices, and quick transportation. This suggests more dependency and more risk on supply chains. A technical challenge is the operation of interconnected supply chains. Having fewer manufacturers makes the producer and user more dependent on each other, raising the risk for both. Globalization and logistical uncertainty are compounding this possibility. The sustainability and consistency of vendors can be problematic in any supply chain (Mittal, 2015).
