Goals The first primary goal is a consultation in place with MilleniAids after reviewing its needs and goals. Here are the following recommendations for the company, the tools, and types of equipment, to have high-end products and the services it will allow the company to start small and grow exponentially. I will provide a rundown on the software needed, hardware and security, and the peripherals required in its daily operations. I would look into the hardware and expansion upgrades if needed. Software The best operating system which will work best is the Windows 10 Pro X64 bit. The software is integrated; it helps projects, organizations, and data protection and makes tasks run every day. Windows 10 Pro has a remote desktop function. The computers will have Microsoft Office install so all users can create documents and view them. Its CEO and financial accountants should use Excel software for data analysis and interpretation. The creative director and graphics department will need Adobe's high-end graphics software. I would install Adobe along with Photoshop and Illustrator on the graphic designer's computers. For the sales staff, I will install Microsoft OneDrive; since they work out of the office, they will need access to the shared files remotely. Hardware The company's CEO will need an average CPU and Hard drive to analyze fast enough and interpret data. The Creative Director and Graphics designer will also need high-end CPUs and monitors. I recommend a dedicated graphics video card with a large volume of memory and additional RAM for a quad-core CPU for 3D intensive graphics. The best resolution for a monitor it's a 4K with a 3840 x 2160. The authors state: "Finally, there are UHD or 4k monitors

with a 3840 x 2160 resolution. These are very good for graphic design because they can display your work in great detail. If you are producing 4k content, it makes sense to work at a native 4k resolution." (Shopineer, 2018) The monitor provides high-quality graphics for the advertisement since they are an advertisement company. As far as the sales staff, they need tablets and smartphones, since they work out in the field. They will need simple user desktops in the office while returning from the outside and continue to work in the office. Other For the staff to access the office's shared files, I would install a wireless network along with a network drive using OneDrive. I would recommend using a firewall to protect the privacy and security of the data. The staff will need a printer capable of producing high-quality copies for the company's clients—the amount of data volume and processing. The best solution is using cloud storage management services just as AWS (Amazon Web Services). Or another solution can be Microsoft Azure. Conclusion Putting all the goals in place and the software, hardware, and security will help the company start small and grow later.
