Thank you for allowing Lendzi to serve as your financial advisor.

Our Services Lendzi (“Advisor”) provides service from cradle to closing every step of the way. We agree to prepare all documents for preparation of your financing for your business and advise throughout the closing process.

Expectations We expect our clients to provide information required by the application process including all stipulations and document requests. If a document request is not provided within 48 hours unless you communicate a reasonable delay, we may in our discretion terminate this agreement and return all documents. Our partners do demand responsiveness and we make every effort to encourage responsiveness from our clients in order to assist them in a successful closing and to maintain our relationships with our partners. Any false information given by you will be grounds for termination of this agreement.

Venue, Arbitration This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction. In the event a party, unsuccessfully challenges arbitration, the other party is entitled of costs of suit including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.

Non-Disclosure, Non-Disparagement You agree not to disclose any information shared by Advisor including but not limited to loan profiles, term sheets. You agree not to pursue any commercial or financial transaction with any third party introduced by Advisor other than those already known without written consent from Advisor. You agree not to disclose any information communicated by Advisor with any other broker, lender, or institution without our written consent. Loan Profile is only for informational purposes. Neither the Advisor nor you shall make any oral or written statement about the other party which is intended or reasonably likely to disparage the other party, or otherwise degrade the other party’s reputation in the business or legal community or in the finance industry.

Processing Lendzi provides full-service processing which allows us to expedite the closing process by giving lenders and investment bankers all the documents needed to close up front.
