English 123 3-6 Assignment: Writing Plan Argument: 

Organizations fail due to poor leadership. A good leader will a business to success. However, a poor leader will cause a business to fail. Most companies fail due to poor leadership and leaders not utilizing their employees properly. This issue relates to my career because in order to run a successful business you have to be a leader people look up too and admire. Someone who encourages their employees through empowerment and motivation to succeed and most importantly through communication. If you use contributing factors like these you will create a successful business.

factors to help prevent a business from failing. The audience for my paper is going to be perspective managers. Some may argue that a company can still be successful even if they have poor leadership. This could be true but most of the time this success is short lived. Even though they may have all of the right factors for a successful business, they fail to recognize their employee’s talents and give the right assignments to the correct employees for things to run efficiently. Goal:



My goal is to inform perspective managers effective leadership styles so their organization does not fail. leading through empowerment and motivational is the most efficient when running a business. I will provide examples of what styles of managing are the most effective through the many different roles as a manager. My goal by the end of the paper is to persuade others to learn and adopt this management style.

Explaining Business Failure through Determinist and Voluntarist Perspective- This talks about ways to prevent a business to fail and what causes business to fail other than being an effective leader.

This supports a point in my essay because even though a business has all the factors to succeed it will not flourish unless you a good leader.

This supports my key point about how communication is an prime function of successful management. In order to create a good work relationship between you and your employees you have to communicate through empowerment and motivation can result in motivating the workers for high productivity, increased customer satisfaction, and raised production capabilities. This then motivates the workers in a positive way to help increase employee as well as customers’ loyalty towards the business.

A revision strategy that would be most effective while writing this essay is to make sure I have supporting evidence to back up my argument. If I make sure I have enough supporting evidence to support my argument it is more likely I can persuade my audience on the most effective ways to become a good leader.

I made a few changes to my writing plan one being I included a specific type of leadership style that demonstrates an effective way to become a successful leader: through motivation and empowerment.
