English 123 3-6 Assignment: Writing Plan Argument: 

Organizations fail due to poor leadership. A good leader will a business to success. However, a poor leader will cause a business to fail. Most companies fail due to poor leadership and leaders not utilizing their employees properly. This issue relates to my career because in order to run a successful business you have to be a leader people look up too and admire. Someone who encourages their employees through empowerment and motivation to succeed and most importantly through communication. If you use contributing factors like these you will create a successful business.

Some may argue that a company can still be successful even if they have poor leadership. This could be true but most of the time this success is short lived. Even though they may have all of the right factors for a successful business, they fail to recognize their employee’s talents and give the right assignments to the correct employees for things to run efficiently. Goal:



My goal is to inform perspective managers effective leadership styles so their organization does not fail. leading through empowerment and motivational is the most efficient when running a business. I will provide examples of what styles of managing are the most effective through the many different roles as a manager. My goal by the end of the paper is to persuade others to learn and adopt this management style.
