Functional Requirements 3.1 Request a ride through a ride sharing app Requirement statement: The user will be able to easily navigate to a ride sharing app through the app. Rationale: The user may not always have access to their car, or be able to drive 1.5 hours to pick up and drop off his dad this could be done through a ride share app. Note: Further research needs to be done on which ride share app should be used, and if there is one more suitable for people with dementia. 3.2 Party may not be home Requirement statement: The secondary users(neighbour) might needs to have access to when the person with dementia is home to be able to check on them. Rationale: The person who fall with dementia may be not at the home every time and might need an update into their location once they reach home.
