Summary of the Analysis Sales by Region: After further review of the sales information we found that our largest client base is in Massachusetts with a total of 982 orders, followed by Arkansas with a total of 854 orders, and not far behind is West Virginia with a total of 843 orders. The most popular items sold in the United States are the Basic Switch 10/100/1000 BaseT port with a total of 8385 sales, Enterprise Switch 40GigE SFP+ 48 port with a total of 6186 sales, and Enterprise Switch 10GigE SFP+ 48 port with a total of 4329 sales. When taking a look at the top three products sold in the southeastern region of the United States, we can view that the most popular products are Basic Switch 10/100/1000 BaseT 48 port with a total of 504 sales, Enterprise Switch 40GigE SFP+ 48

4 port with a total of 337 sales, and Basic Switch 10/100/1000 BaseT 8 port with a total of 257 sales. Returns by Region: Reviewing the provided data, our findings indicated that the top three products returned in the United States are Basic Switch 10/100/1000 BaseT port with a total of 7545 units, Enterprise Switch 40GigE SFP+ 48 port with a total of 5565 units, and Enterprise Switch 10GigE SFP+ 48 port with a total of 3905 units. The top three products that have been returned in the northwestern region of the United States are Basic Switch 10/100/1000 BaseT 48 port with a total of 645 units, Enterprise Switch 40GigE SFP+ 48 port with a total of 483 units, and Enterprise Switch 10GigE SFP+ 24 port with a total of 349 units.
