Your family is having a small gathering at your house. Your parents ask you to invite your roommate. Tell your roommate about it and ask him/her to come over and join the gathering. Give him/her the details.

Your roommate’s parents are having a small gathering and they are asking you to join them. You are free on that date. Agree to come and ask for details of the gathering.
