Social media has allowed people to meet each other. Some have found love, and others have found healthy and positive friendships. Along with social media, the internet has also had a big impact on individuals. In one click of a button, you can find almost anything you need to know. This is very beneficial for social scientists while doing research. •

The development of social media has changed society’s understanding because it is allowing them to keep an open mind and get outside their comfort zone. Before society used to be very separated but, now with the influence of social media and different cultures and groups of people connecting, these views have changed.
