AA Wholesalers Proposal: Initial Project (Part ONE) The goal of AA Wholesalers is to sell the best branded computers in the market. The objective of our company is to sell “X” amount of computers each business cycle to make a profit.

The volume of our company has an average yearly revenue of $10 million. On average, AA Wholesalers are selling approximately 8,000 computers at $1,200 per computer yearly to make a gross profit of roughly $5 million. AA Wholesalers has 15 clients. No membership is required to purchase our products.

The Database at AA Wholesalers has decided to use Access as our potential software to keep all our clients and customer records on file.

Our Database will keep track of various applications such as; Inventory on hand, distribution tracking, sales reports, company data, and will also keep the data analysis on the amount of products sold, revenue, and profit.

AA Wholesalers wants the application to provide the company a clear image in regards to the sales, revenue, and profit of the company. This application should give the managerial team the information needed in order to make wise executive decisions. For example, tracking the annual inventory on hand will help mangers adjust their ordering process for the following year. By keeping clear track of inventory, managers should be able to further analyze and predict the future growth of the company.

The usage of this database will cut human-error for AA Wholesalers, as well as create a more reliable way to clearly predict the growth of our company. Through this application, AA Wholesalers can efficiently pull up information in a timely manner that will help create efficiency throughout our company.
