We'll maintain stock book and excel sheets.  We'll procure the raw materials required for constructing the product prototype.  We'll track down the requirements of other departments that can be procured by our department.  As the production begins, we will make sure that we procure the required raw material for the production.  As everyone will be on the campus, we will adopt a strict policy to track the inventory usage done by other departments.  We'll coordinate with the sales and the production department and after we’re left with 50% stock, we will inform the production department to produce more.  Maintain and procure the raw materials for smooth and break free production. 

 

Same process will be followed as mentioned like MAY 2022. We will be handling purchase and sales returns.

The company gets dissolved, and all the information/data maintained in the excel sheet will be provided to the faculty and the CEO.
