Inductive Stress (1) Less stress lowers the rate of heart disease/ diabetes if African American reduce their stress level they will lower their rate of heart disease and diabetes Advertisement (2) Advertisement of junk food has shown that junk food is more convenient and cheaper than healthy food if African Americans go to the grocery store and look at prices they will see healthy foods aren't more costly than junk food and will reduce their rate of heart disease and diabetes. Smoke (3) Less smoking lowers the chance of heart disease If African American smoke less they lower the rate of heart disease and diabetes in the community Educate (4) Educating the African American community on heart disease and diabetes will lower the rate of both if African American community is educated the rate of heart disease and diabetes will fall. Vitamin D (5) Vitamin D reduces the rate of heart disease and diabetes. If African American take in more Vitamin D they will lower their heart rate of heart disease and diabetes. Alcohol (6) Alcohol intake increases the rate of heart disease and diabetes. If African American take in less alcohol they will lower their rate of heart disease and diabetes. Water (7) Water intake reduces the rate of heart disease and diabetes. If African American communities intake more water they will reduce their rate of heart disease and diabetes Sleep (8) Enough sleep reduces the risk of heart disease. If African American get enough sleep they will reduce their rate of heart disease. Check-Ups (9) Going to get regular check-ups at the doctors offices can help prevent heart disease and diabetes. If African American get regular check-ups they can reduce their rate of heart disease and diabetes. Family (10) Knowing family ancestry can help reduce heart disease and diabetes. If African American know their family ancestry of past health problems they can reduce their risk of heart disease and diabetes

Deductive Stress (1) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Reducing stress help lower the chance of heart disease. Reducing stress will help African American Advertisement (2) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes.the advertisement of junk food portrays it as a cheaper alternative to healthy food. Therefore Smoke (3) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Less smoking reduces the chances of heart disease. Smoking less would help the African American community reduce its high rate of heart disease. Educate (4) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Educating communities about factors leading to diabetes helps to prevent it, therefore, educating the African American community about diabetes and heart disease would help lower its high rate of it. Vitamin D (5) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Taking more vitamin D has been shown to lower the chance of having diabetes, therefore, more intake of vitamin will help the African American community. Alcohol (6) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Drinking too much alcohol has been linked with increasing the chance of diabetes and heart disease, therefore less alcohol intake would help the African American community to lower its rate of diabetes and heart disease. Water (7) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Drinking water helps keep the body healthy, therefore, drinking more water will help the African American american community. Sleep (8) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes. Getting more sleep has been linked with preventing diabetes and heart disease. Therefore getting more sleep will help the African American community. Check-Ups (9) Most African Americans have a high rate of heart disease and diabetes.
